We prioritize health and safety by ensuring a Registered Nurse is on-site weekly to conduct wellness checks, monitor ongoing conditions, and help coordinate care. Beyond scheduled visits, our nurse is available 24/7 on-call to respond to urgent concerns and offer clinical guidance.
This level of access supports both residents in our assisted living setting and individuals receiving care at home. We also coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure medical recommendations are applied effectively within each person’s care plan.
